Firm pressure used in combination with Kriya Massage for improved circulation, range of motion and relieving muscle tension. Trigger Point Therapy may be warranted for chronic and pain related conditions. (Also known as myofascial trigger point therapy and neuromuscular therapy.) Hot stones may be used as needed.

Thai Yoga Massage
A series of dynamic stretches and compressions, done in a rhythmic movement of gentle rocking while guiding the body through a series of postures. It is performed on a mat on the floor, wearing loose fitting clothes and no oils to allow ease of movement and flexibility. A full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically.
